For the Friends of Capitol Forest Super-D Race #1, Daniel Myers (picture above - courtesy of Friend of Capitol Forest), Damon Flemming, and Johnny Chen bypassed a burning tanker, an overturned car, and dodged a logging machine on a forest road to make it to the race… Daniel finished 9th in the combined Pro/Expert class while Johnny and Damon finished 15th and 18th respectively in the Sport 18-39 class.

SMDH made the first appearance on the race circuit this year with a primer at the SuperD at Mount Hood in Oregon - the race venue itself was a cozy affair and it was great being in the scene again after a long PacNW winter layoff.
